 is a group led by Naomi Kent (Managing Director) that hosts monthly virtual meeting for C-Suite Advisory clients, alumni and guests to share ideas, experiences, and opportunities regarding public and private corporate boards. The group is designed for board directors, aspiring board directors and also C-suite executives.

The purpose of the Felix Board Alliance is to connect board members and aspiring board members within our elite network to make meaningful connections and share exclusive board opportunities. If you are considering board service now or in the future, or if you are looking to grow your current board portfolio, this meeting is an opportunity to achieve your goals.

 We will meet virtually (and at times in person) for 1 hour on the 2nd Tuesday of the month. We will alternate between a 12pm CT meeting times and a 5pm CT meeting time every month to accommodate all schedules. You do not need to attend every meeting to reap the benefits, however, we will announce the speakers and agenda within a week before the meeting and will send out invitations in advance.

 We will have a variety of board member speakers, one-to-one networking opportunities, and the chance to share successes or challenges that you are facing during your board search. Hugh Shields and Naomi Kent will be part of the team driving The Felix Board Alliance. Hugh Shields has spent over 30 years working with individuals who are seeking board seats, and Naomi Kent has spent over 20 years working with boards and their members.

 You will be joined by an exclusive network of C-Suite Executives, Board Members and Advisors/Investors. The meeting is designed to be high impact, and high value.
