🌟 Community Guidelines & Expectations 🌟

Welcome to InGoodCo! This is a safe and inspiring space where we honor each dancer's individual journey while building something beautiful together. To keep our community aligned with our values, here are our shared agreements:

 – Show up as your authentic self. We value honesty, kindness, and the courage it takes to be genuine in your growth.

 – Every dancer's path is uniquely theirs. Celebrate your own progress and cheer for others without comparison. We're all exactly where we need to be.

 – Dance has transformed us all. We honor it by showing up with dedication and treating this community as the sacred space it is.

 – No judgment, gossip, or energy that dims someone's light. If you see something concerning, reach out to our team. We're all guardians of this space.

 – Share your thoughts, ask questions, and contribute meaningfully. Your voice and experience matter to this community.

 – When posting content, consider: "Does this support someone's growth and confidence?" Respect privacy and keep everything appropriate for our diverse community.

 – Your growth, health, and joy are non-negotiable priorities. Use this space to learn, recharge, and shine. Remember: you can't pour from an empty cup.

 – Acknowledge that showing up—whether it's your first day or thousandth—is an act of bravery worth celebrating.

Together, we move with intention, support each other's definitions of success, and create a space where every dancer feels seen, supported, and free to become more fully themselves.

We are absolutely thrilled to have you join our dance community! This is your space to move, grow, and shine alongside fellow dancers who share your passion for movement and transformation.

Just like when you step into our Dallas studio, we keep it real by welcoming you precisely as you are. We focus on filling your cup first so that your time here is about honoring yourself and celebrating your journey. And we send perfectionism packing because progress, joy, and growth are what truly matter. Every step you take is part of your performance in life, and we are here to cheer you on.

Share your story, your dance dreams, and what brought you here. This is how friendships and connections begin, whether you're continuing your Art of VIII journey or just discovering us for the first time.

Ask questions, drop your thoughts, and join discussions on dance, wellness, and personal growth. Your energy makes this community vibrant and connected.

Dive into our classes, movement sessions, technique tutorials, self-care practices, and community content. Whether you're seeking your next breakthrough moment or just looking to move your body, you'll find precisely what your soul needs.

💃 Step into the rhythm, connect with your dance family, and let's celebrate movement together. Our studio energy lives here too – just with more room to grow. Welcome to InGoodCo.! 🕺
